Luxury Rosslyn Appartments featuring an eclectic and refined collection
1800 N Lynn Street
Arlington, Virginia

A hop, skip, and a jump across the Potomac River sits Rosslyn, Virginia.

The quickly-growing town has become an epicenter for young professionals working at National Mall in Washington, DC or the Pentagon. A walkable, dynamic, and hip downtown has emerged in the city, and with that, a deluge of art-educated residents.

To suit the sophisticated tastes, Rosslyn’s premiere development Central Place and JBG Smith came to Farmboy Fine Arts in search of a prestige art collection—electric and refined. FBFA’s collection includes two pieces from Ky Anderson, a Brooklyn-based abstract, painter who plays with a soft, pastel palate while creating bold and captivating imagery.

Another stand-out artist in the collection is Andy Dixon, a young Vancouver painter whose work is influences equally by canonical impressionists like Henri Matisse and modern masters like Kanye West. Central Place’s piece, Sailing from his series Leisure Studies, Dixon, always the punk, turns to WASP leisure activities, swathing them in irreverent, audacious color. Together, our collection for Central Place is fresh, young, and elegant—much like the residents themselves.
