Mitch Catanzaro’s photography captures the frenetic color and motion of urban landscapes, using their juxtaposition of square architecture against nature to create interest and story.

Mitch actively relies on the inherent appeal of his subjects when creating his photographs.

“For me,” Mitch explains, “it’s the challenge of taking something already beautiful (e.g., a landscape, architecture, etc.) and capturing it a new and or unique way.”

But capturing it isn’t where the process ends. Mitch continues, “Often I find that ‘completion’ is temporary and that I’ll revisit an image several times to make modifications based on new or different perspectives or needs.”
