It seems like everyone is making an effort to cut back on paper and ink consumption these days so it seems only fitting that someone would design a font that uses less ink.

SPRANQ originates from the merger of two Dutch companies: ANZKY media and Aestas [marketing] communication.

In addition to using modern printers and colour separation techniques to avoid ink wastage, or using plant based inks, this font contains holes and claims to use up to 20% less ink!
