Sky-Terra, designed by San Francisco based designer Joanna Borek-Clement, is a network of skyscrapers in a neuron-like form to create a green haven above a city up in the sky. The structure floats above a congested city and features parks, amphitheaters, fields, public pools and bathhouses to allow people escape city noise and pollution. As one of many entries for the 2009 eVolo Skyscraper comptetion, this structure can reach up to 1,600 ft and expands out to a top flat layer similar to a canopy. It acts as a quick getaway for people to relax within the city.
